MB Industries ("we", "us", or "our") operates the Kitty Merge mobile application (the "App"). This Privacy Policy explains how we and our third-party partners handle information in connection with your use of the App.
By using the App, you agree to the practices described in this Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the App.
1. Information Stored Locally on Your Device
The App saves game progress, high scores, settings, and power-up counts locally on your device using Apple's UserDefaults system. This data never leaves your device and is not accessible by us.
2. Third-Party Services
Kitty Merge integrates the following third-party SDKs, each of which may collect data subject to their own privacy policies:
Google AdMob
We use AdMob to display advertisements. AdMob may collect your device's advertising identifier (IDFA) and use it to serve personalised or non-personalised ads, and to measure ad performance. AdMob may share this data with third-party advertising networks. The App will request your permission before accessing your IDFA via Apple's App Tracking Transparency framework.

We use Firebase Analytics to understand how players interact with the App — for example, how many games are started, when merges happen, and when the game ends. This data is anonymous and not linked to your identity. It helps us improve gameplay and fix issues.

The App integrates Apple Game Center to provide a global leaderboard. Your Game Center alias and score may be visible to other players. Game Center is governed by Apple's own privacy policy.

If you purchase Remove Ads, the transaction is processed entirely by Apple. We do not receive or store your payment information. We only receive a confirmation that the purchase was completed.
3. App Tracking Transparency
In accordance with Apple's App Tracking Transparency (ATT) framework, the App will ask for your permission before AdMob accesses your device's advertising identifier. If you deny permission, AdMob will serve non-personalised ads instead. You can change this setting at any time in your iPhone's Settings → Privacy & Security → Tracking.
4. Children's Privacy
The App is rated 4+ and is suitable for all ages. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. The App does not require account creation or login. Parents are encouraged to review the privacy settings on their child's device, including ATT permissions.
5. Data Security
We do not operate servers that store your personal data. Game data remains on your device and is subject to your device's own security mechanisms. Analytics and advertising data is handled by Google and Apple under their respective security practices.
6. Changes to This Privacy Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Any changes will be reflected by updating the "Effective Date" at the top of this page. Your continued use of the App after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated Privacy Policy.
